Therefore, I asked awarded bridal beauty expert in Greece, Fratzeska Koukoula, to share her secrets about 2021 bridal hair trends!

Casual chic

2021 is not the year where casual and natural hairstyles disappear. This is the year where we see much more of this trend, brides walking down the alter with hair natural, loose, bohemian looks and hairstyles with open waves undone braids and messy pigtails. This way you will feel comfortable and fresh throughout the day.

Braids

Deconstructed braids with a hint of Renaissance. Make way for bubble pigtails with herringbone braids, traditional braids with loose locks, low frayed and carded pigtails, braids as a headband.

The messier the better

Who said messy cannot be elegant? This trend is getting popular by the day. Messy wedding hairstyles have a relaxed bohemian nature with romantic tones. Draw attention to your eyes by frameing your face with loose buns, tousled waves and soft curls. These hairstyles are unique because it is impossible to replicate a messy updo again.

Half up half down

A look that will never go out of style. Most women usually leave their hair down almost everyday. So having a fancy updo for your wedding may make you feel somewhat uncomfortable.  Half up half down hairstyles are a way to look polished and elegant and yet feeling comfortable with flowy lush hair around your face.

Waves and volume

Whether you have a very long mane or a bob cut this all time classic wave trend will be the highlight your hair. Volume in the dress and volume in the hair. They look great either loose or semi-collected.
