For Filippos and Emily love was something that blossomed quietly and slowly. Its love grow among cities, planes, studying abroad, and endless summers in Greece.

Since Filippos’s family is from Greece, they decided to say “Yes” in the Athenian Riviera. They’ve both visited before and had fond memories of its unique landscape. They chose Hatzi Mansion, an estate half an hour in the outskirts of Athens. They had the history to back up its grandeur and the aesthetics they both desired. A Mediterranean yet luxurious wedding day. Offering a Greek experience to their guests with traditional wedding food ideas was too important for them.

What we love in minimonies is the flexibility we enjoy in creating unique guest experiences. Hatzi Mansion is perfect for creating culturally inviting experiences. Apero time with greek products and delicacies baked in the wood fired oven and coffee made the traditional way are some of them . This machine called “hovoli” and uses very hot sand to bake the coffee.

Custom made menu based on our clients needs in collaboration with awarded chef is what you will enjoy on your wedding day.
